Catalyst is an annual conference that helps build leaders within the church; their core vision has always been to “impact the next generation,” nurturing leaders within the community to share their passions and help churches and culture flourish.

Each year, Catalyst creates and sends out more than 2,000 Group Leader Kits to their key influencers and leaders, to help build momentum for the upcoming conference. Full of fun tools and information, this year’s kits are themed “MAKE,” and contain Play Doh, popsicle sticks, glue, tape, seeds to plant and… a Scout Book! Melissa Kruse from Catalyst explained that the Scout Book was included to “encourage [their] leaders to write down their thoughts and make their ideas happen!”
