Entrepreneurs, developers and policymakers mingle at FUEL.

Hattery Labs is a collaborative team of designers, engineers, entrepreneurs and strategists who together work to create new opportunities for dramatic growth and meaningful impact. They work to do good for organizations and for the world.

Hattery recently designed and delivered a Scout Book for Engine Advocacy, a group that promotes collaboration between startups and policymakers. Engine Advocacy, along with several partners, hosted an event during Google’s I/O conference, for developers and entrepreneurs to celebrate the important role of startup policy.

The result was the birth of an event series called FUEL. FUEL events (so far in San Francisco and Chicago) have provided an opportunity to celebrate the free and open internet.  They will always be a collaborative efforts between a number of organizations: Hattery, Engine Advocacy, Google, and more.

As a design firm, Hattery wanted to make sure that the goodies given away at the event reflected their style. Keela Williams of Hattery Labs explained: “Scout Books perfectly encapsulated that style, and were a thoughtful token for our attendees to take with them.”

Engine Advocacy hosts recurring get-togethers to move technology forward.
