Show Us Your Scout Book: Anthony Zinonos

Anthony Zinonos is a collage artist, member of the international creative collective WAFA and a self-described paper collector. His use of found imagery, torn paper and color creates narrative in ways I never thought possible with so few elements. I’m impressed. This Scout Book is a fresh collection of Anthony’s carefully selected and applied collage work. These diptychs speak to each other. The spreads reference recurring themes. This Scout Book has become much more than a pocket notebook!

Find his work here, in his online portfolio. We hope this isn’t the last Scout Book we’ve seen from Mr. Zinonos.

Mia Christopher is a whirlwind of bright productivity. As a multi-disciplinary artist residing in San Francisco, Mia is filling the art world with color and whimsy, participating in group and solo shows up and down the West Coast as well as internationally. All this while she’s working toward her BFA from the California College of the Arts.

Visit her portfolio site to see lots of great work from Mia: drawings, paintings and textiles live alongside a section called Kitty Corral. I’m sold.

We can’t wait to see what’s next from Mia. Stay tuned for more Scout Books from Mia; she filled up THREE with playful illustrations and material studies.
