The Wee Gallery’s Kid-Sized Activity Books

The Wee Gallery is for kids. From the beginning, the Florida-based gallery and shop has funneled their creative energy into making “smart art for little minds.”

With the birth of their first child, Surya and Dave Pinto learned all they could about parenting. Their new-parent research yielded the information that newborns are drawn to high-contrast geometric shapes. And so, a business was born.

Their collection of art for kids includes mobiles, wall graphics, toys and Scout Books, a perfect book format for little hands. Their latest project is a series of dress-up activity books that draw upon the 32-page interior of the Scout Book. 32 Ways To Dress a Fox, 32 Ways to Dress a Pig, and 32 Ways to Dress a Bunny create a trio of fun, versatile and portable activity books for kids.

Surya explains, “The little ones can scribble or splash paint on, and the older ones can make more elaborate outfits. They are the perfect size for parents to stash in handbags or pack on trips.”
